found this old photo while cleaning up some files today. it was film, taken years ago in center city,
philadelphia.
i haven't seen steve for a long time, maybe since i snapped this photo.
my color and my exposures were all off but it was good to see his face today.
i'm not sure what his mental disability was but he was always fun to have at the bar.
a character to say the very least.
